TPG acquires Allpack Traffic & Safety Signs

Adelaide 1st July 2008: Perth based Traffic Products Group Pty Ltd (TPG) a member of The Traffic Group of Companies (TTG) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Adelaide based Allpack Traffic & Safety Signs.

Allpack was established in 2000 and manufactures a complete range of road and safety signs and equipment from its fully integrated manufacturing facility in Richmond, South Australia and this range will now be available to all TPG customers.

As a result of this acquisition, TPG will be re-named Allpack Signs Pty Ltd and this will become the trading entity Australia wide.

The combined TPG and Allpack business, along with the vast resources of The Traffic Group will position the company extremely well to service customer's needs nationally and to take advantage of all growth opportunities.
