Announcement re: Listing

The Traffic Group wishes to
advise that under the terms of the prospectus the minimum capital raising
requirement of $2.5m has not been met and as such the float of the company will
not proceed.
All monies received from applications of the Prospectus will be returned immediately.
The Directors of TTG wish to thank all of the investors who have participated in support, including all of the Western Kingfish shareholders.
We will make further announcements, as more information is
available.
