Extension of Offer - Re: ASX Rule 14.7

Application pursuant to Listing Rule 14.7 and Extension of Offer

Further to the announcement of the Company dated 17 November 2009, the Directors

confirm that ASX have granted the Company a waiver from Listing Rule 14.7.

The waiver allows the Company to issue securities, as approved by shareholders in the

General Meeting held on 19 August 2009, later than 3 months after shareholder

approval being no later than 19 December 2009.
