The Traffic Group defers re-listing fund raising

Melbourne: Traffic signage and street sweeping company The Traffic Group (ASX:TTG) is deferring
its prospectus and offer opening until after the Traffic Technologies Limited (ASX:TTI) General Meeting and Annual
General Meeting on 27 October. An offer after this date will give The Traffic Group investors more clarity about the offer.
